Tryouts for the Nationally Ranked SUU Waukeenyans will be held Saturday, March 31st 2012 in the SUU Multipurpose Center.
Doors will open at 1:00 for Registration and Auditions will begin promptly at 1:30pm.
Please come dressed to impress in dance attire and shoes.
There will be a technique section, followed by a hip hop as well as a jazz combination.
You will also be taught a basic sideline cheer.
If you are unable to attend auditions on the 31st, please register for Tryout Updates and video audition information will be emailed to you in February.
Please bring the following to your audition:
* an official High School or College transcript (whichever is most recent)
* a headshot
* $25 CASH ONLY audition fee (non-refundable)
* current medical insurance information (insurance company & policy number)
Requirements include:
Strong dance technique
Showmanship and performance ability
Excellent physical condition
Minimum 3.0 high school GPA or 2.5 college GPA
Team members are required to have 12 credit hours per semester to participate.
